5 stars very good product - nice shopping experience

3 stars The website was easy to use - my only comment was that I had to phone to find out where the product was after 14 days to be told it wasn't in stock and that it was marked that way - wouldn't be in stock till mid january... However it DEFINITELY did say in stock and it arrived 2 days after my phonecall!!! The gentleman I spoke to was not particularly helpful ... and was a tad short.
